You will receive a download link to PDF pattern file once the payment is processed.  You will have a 30-day period to download the file to your computer. If the download link expires, please send me an email with your order number so that I can resend the link. 

All sales are FINAL for both digital and physical goods. Once purchased, there are no cancellations, exchange, store credits, or returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All physical items will be shipped via Canada Post: orders will be processed within 5 business days of placing your order.  An email notification will be sent out when the order gets shipped out.

CANADA / USA​

Standard Mail : No tracking/ No insurance. If the item does not arrive or is lost you are responsible for the item and we will NOT REFUND or RESEND - you will be buying it at your own risk.

Expedited Service : Includes tracking and insurance.

Shipping (Canada) 

Orders over $100 ship for free. All other available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

Shipping (USA) 

Orders over $150 ship for free. All other available shipping options are rates are shown at checkout.

Shipping (International)

International shipping costs are determined by weight, and tracking may not be available to the destination. International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, and other surcharges that will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

WORLDWIDE

All international orders are shipped uninsured via Canada Post. We are not responsible for packages which are held in customs or lost. We are not responsible for fees you may incur, including custom fees. International shipments can take two months to reach their destination. We caution against placing orders if you live outside North America. Please contact me for shipping estimate.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses - we ship to the address provided. If a note is left for a different shipping address, please make sure you get a confirmation~ no email confirmation means we may not have received the changes.
