One of my first sewing projects this year was hand quilting. I soon realized that I needed a pouch that could store a few essential notions and tools for quilting: embroidery thread, small scissors, pins, clips, a needle threader, and needles.
A few things about this pouch. It has a firm-stabilizer so that sharp ends of the scissors won't poke through. It has a small gusset so that you can fit items that are thick; I can fit up to two lovely Valdani thread spools in that tiny pouch! The large pouch is perfect to take with you on many sewing workshops that you go to!
The Nana Pouch pattern is now available from shop: Etsy or Craftsy. There are many closure options for the pouch including the KAM snaps which is available here in my blog post.
